To confirm a booking we require credit card details (Visa / MasterCard) to keep on file. Your card will not be pre-charged and used only for the cancellation fee of 50% for bookings cancelled less than 48 hours and 100% for no shows and bookings cancelled less than 24 hours. Full payment can be made on the day of the excursion by either cash or credit card. If paying by credit card please walk with your credit card and valid I.D.

Decisions to cancel tours due to bad weather are made solely by the company after taking into account passenger safety, sea conditions, visibility and general weather forecast. St.Lucia is known for having bursts of rain which usually clear up in a very short period of time. We constantly monitor weather forecast and satellite imagery to make informed decisions about a tour’s status.
